Two years after the first workshop, EFRC again organised a workshop for engineering students. This workshop had the theme ?Reciprocating compressors in Natural Gas Underground storages? and overall twelve participants.
This time the students visited an end user in the North of Germany, the Natural Gas Underground Storage in Kraak and in Hamburg-Reitbrook, both HEINGAS Hamburger Gaswerk GmbH.
Overmore the seminar program comprised different presentations made by several persons to different themes all around reciprocating compressors.
For the first time a task was given to the participants and the first price were 1000,-?. The winner was Karsten Starke of the Bergakademie Freiberg, Institut für Fluidmechanik und Fluidenergiemaschinen.
